LITTLE BOAT CO 2007 NARROWBOAT

Built in 2007 this 24ft steel Narrow Boat was the first of her kind made by Reg of The Little Boat Co & believed to be the very boat that he first used as a demonstrator.

Powered by a recently serviced Honda 20hp outboard, Demi was last out of the water in 2023 when she was re-blacked & new anodes were fitted. At the same time, she was also repainted on the top by the current owners.

Measuring 24ft long with a 6ft 10” beam & an internal head height of 6ft 3” Demi sports a shower room, wood burning stove, full galley, plus single sofa seating that makes up to a double bed.

The only negative? The water tank leaked last year & requires replacement but could easily be fixed by installing a flexible water tank costing £70.00. This is reflected in the price.

These boats sell between £20,000 & £25,000 so it is priced to sell.
